We are a family company which has been successfully operating since 2003 that is for over 15 years. We manufacture upholstery felt. A lot of clients have been interested in our products since the beginning of our operation. Our clients are mainly manufacturers from the furniture trade as well as those operating in clothes industry, agriculture, construction and geotechnical engineering.

We have been constantly and invariably producing the upholstery felt since 2003. In the year 2018, the company known under the name of Wytwórnia Włóknin Technicznych Bracia Hamalowie sp.j was transformed into a sole trader and it has been operating in this form since then. Thanks to such long experience both on the national and foreign market, we have practice in constant aiming at perfecting in the manufacturing of this product and a bunch of long-standing customers who are satisfied with co-operating with us.

We want to create the best product possible and thus, in our work, things such as QUALITY, ON-TIME DELIVERIES and INDIVIDUAL APPROACH TO EACH CLIENT are the most important for us.

Our offer

We have been manufacturing upholstery felt, both hard and soft. The nonwoven fabric is made from a mixture of nonwoven synthetic fabrics. No chemical components in the form of resins, latex or adhesives have been used in the manufacturing process. The width of rollers depends on the needs and amounts to 2.20m, the felt is normally wound on rollers of up to 50m. It is possible to cut felt into forms having added costs. Area density ranges from 300m to 1200 g/m2. According to the research carried out in July 2007 by Atmotest company from Opole, the whole manufacturing process is environmentally friendly and consists in the mechanical and thermal processing of synthetic fibres which are commonly used and that is why, the product is harmless for people.

The company also focuses on buying in (collecting) and processing fibre materials. Nonwoven fabrics and fillings of different kinds used among others in furniture plants and automotive industry are made of raw materials. We also work on the disposal of waste which is not suitable for further use.

We have all permissions allowing us to run the above-mentioned business. We issue waste transfer notes and VAT invoices.

The machine park has been modernized since 2018 in order to adjust it to the needs of manufacturing and in order to render services such as defibrating and fibre mixtures of different kinds.
